Some human behavior is unintelligent.

The Turing test requires that the machine be able to execute all
human behaviors, regardless of whether they are intelligent or not. It
even tests for behaviors that we may not consider intelligent all, such
as the susceptibility to insults or the temptation to lie. If a machine
can’t imitate human conversation in detail, it will fail the test,
regardless of how intelligent it may be.

A Symposium on the Turing test and the Loebner Prize are happening tomorrow at the University of Reading.  Kevin Warwick will chair the first session, media attention is focusing on the competition, which is all
about whether a machine can now pass the Turing Test.

I really hope machines will not start behaving like humans, but that’s another story :|
